A freckled face and
A mass of red curly hair.
An intelligent brow under which
Two eyes shine with color
Changes of Blue, Grey and Green,
Dependant on the whims
Of the light and the moods within.
An aristocratic Roman nose.
How did it ever land on such
A Northern repose.
The most sensitive of Lips
And a strong chin with a cleave in.
Such is but one face of my love,
An image forever burned into
The annals of my mind.
