Recount
1. Like the Wicca of Old,
I have Travelled over Eons of Time and
Remembered the lives I have lived
And the ones yet to come.
Lives as Humans or Humanoids,
And some even stranger still.
So strange indeed, that I do not want to
Remember them, at will.
2. In ancient times of the little people I was,
And as Gnat I sat and listen to Odin and Freja spat.
Survived the deluge of floods and Ice-Age.
From the terror of Witch-hunt and prosecution I fled.
From that Era, I owe Brother Jonathan a debt.
Even today, as a Psychologist the monkish air
Around him still appear.
3. Through many lives both men and women I have been.
On Gardia, Nola I was. In another place as a women
With small children, I saw my world destroyed.
In the far Future, I am the Traveler, who walks strange
Galaxies, and remind my kin of a Past forgotten.
4. Like Haid, cold-sleep I have endured.
But, on Vtaar only happiness remembered
With a man that I have loved
Throughout endless Times and many lives.
Always, somehow he is near. Except,
Unaware is he of who and what we are. But,
So are most of the ones who walks the physical sphere
5. Twined with an invisible Realm is each life
On the plain where the physical reign.
Each notion gives rise to each other's motion.
Such too, it is with the Future and the Past.
A question must be asked; why can Mankind
Not remember much more beyond a two-century score?
6. Once more, we stand at disasters Door,
With a Past Forgotten - a lesson Unlearned.
Will we, foolishly again Surtur's Fire unfurl.
Bound to re-appear is un-remembered err. But, this time
None may survive. And the Earth herself could die.
7. Here at the Present my tale must end.
In my travels through Time and many Realms.
Learned I have; the only thing worth a treasure
Of gold, is LOVE.
And that I leave for Thomas, whereever
And whenever is he:
