MEMORY OF THE PAST
1. Of our past and culture we have been deprived.
By men in black dresses with white collars,
Who preached that; sex is sin, and with that Reality departed.
Men who said and swore; our past is not true,
And our history a myth. How wrong they are!
Small men they were with fear in their hearts.
Who could not understand? How different, we are.
2. That we are a people, who with Trees conversed
And with Fairies walked. Who played with the Gnomes,
And crossed Time-lines long before the Roman Empire was born.
But, all they saw were Witches and Pagans. Not, a people
Much older than they. A people, who could see Realities
And Dimensions galore. People, whose forefathers has
Travelled the Stars, and fought frightful Wars
Long before that Flood of Yours.
3. A people, who have travelled through Time
And Space, and across Dimensions walked. Whose mind,
The Reality of Earth and the Universe understood. But, that Flood,
almost us all destroyed. We did not our Past forget.
And, still with the Fairies we could walk and our memories cherish.
But, all they saw were Barbarians and Vikings.
Not, a people with a past of their own, who wished
To grow in their way.
4. Two-thousand years they have had.
They have pilfered, raped, and waged wars in the name
Of their Gods and Ideologies. And our Earth,
They have almost destroyed. Some of our fore-fathers
Carried swords. But, this was never our Way.
We, do not bow to any gods, ours is the way of the Mind.
We have not our past forgotten. From generation to
Generation, memory in our Cells and Minds dwell. Still,
The Time-lines we walk and with our trees we talk.
5. The end of the Second Century is near.
The polarization has begun. And soon the shift
Will be here and turn the Galaxy.
The Stars and Planets will again align. The Portals will open,
And again with the Elves we can talk. Our children with
The Gnomes' children can play. And, we will no longer
Be trapped in a one-dimensional way.
6. Now, we can only hope, that after two-thousand
And more Earth years that all we hold dear, is still there.
